Midwest Electrical Solutions is expanding and is pleased to announce the addition of our newest team member. Please join us in welcoming Evan Jones to the MES team. Evan will be joining us as a Technical Sales Representative, focusing on supporting existing customer relationships and new business development. He will officially join the MES team on August 26th, 2024.
Evan comes to MES with a background in critical power systems, standby battery solutions, power quality, and data center applications. He has spent the last 15 years with HM Cragg Critical Power, where he served as a Technical Sales Representative.
In that role, Evan was responsible for developing and maintaining roughly $10 million in product and service sales, training new Sales Associates, providing customers with product support and startup assistance, assisting with customer power quality issues, and managing industry-specific trade shows and seminars. He recently served as President on the board of the North Central Electrical Engineering Society in MN for the 2023-2024 session.
Evan has also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Platoon Sergeant, spending 6 years providing training, supervision, and organization for the 100+ Marines in the Airfield Operations platoon.
